Step by Step Process for an Integrative Care:
For New Patients:
Step 1: We ask to complete a patient profile questionnaire and submit to the center all previous laboratory and imaging results for a complete patient case study.
Step 2: The staff will then verify the files and inform the patient if any additional data is needed.
Step 3: A staff will then inform the patient of the doctor’s fees and then schedule the patient for the comprehensive medical consultation via personal or teleconference.
We understand the stress that the situation has been giving to the client. Hence, we allot at least one (1) hour for the comprehensive medical consultation which will comprise of a detailed patient history, laboratory tests and imaging study together with a clear, concise explanation of the case study using State of the Art High Definition Visual Representations. The doctor provides a clear case assessment and Integrative plan for the patient.
